Hi, I’m Monica, and this is a new journey I’ve proudly embarked on, one rooted in experience, passion, and a deep commitment to helping others find a place to truly call home.

Born and raised in NYC and a proud St. Johns County resident for over 11 years, I bring drive and determination combined with heart to every real estate experience. As a first-generation graduate of Baruch College, I spent over a decade in corporate banking and financial services. That background allows me to guide my clients strategically, not just emotionally, through one of the biggest investments of their lives, while bringing the clarity, honesty, empathy, and compassion that reflect my deep passion for helping others and serving my community.

Real estate has always been personal to me. I purchased my first home at 22 and have since bought and sold eight other properties across NJ, VA, and FL, including new construction. I understand firsthand what it feels like to sit on both sides of the closing table.

After raising my two sons here, I know the value of finding not just a house, but a home and community. I believe real estate should feel empowering, not overwhelming, and I’m willing to put in the work to make that happen for you.

Outside of work, I’m happiest outdoors exploring new places, enjoying Florida’s natural beauty, and decorating spaces to feel warm and welcoming. I believe a home should be filled with laughter, comfort, and the people who matter most. Being surrounded by family and friends is everything to me, and I love helping others find a place where they can build those same meaningful moments.
